These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Purity Sniper Bot™ interface (the "Service"), operated by Hyper Aura Analytica LLC ("Hyper Aura," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By using Purity Sniper Bot™, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Purity Sniper Bot™ provides automated cryptocurrency trading, token sniping, mirror trading, portfolio analytics, and multi-wallet management.

Non-Custodial Interface. We do not hold or control user funds, create wallets, or provide fiat on/off ramps. Swaps route through third-party DEXs (e.g., Uniswap, Jupiter).

3. Eligibility

At least 18 years old
Legally capable of entering contracts
Not prohibited from using our service by applicable laws
The rightful owner of any wallets you connect

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information
Maintain security of your private keys
Use the service lawfully
Not attempt to hack or disrupt the service
Accept all cryptocurrency trading risks

5. Fees and Payment

A 1% fee applies to all trades facilitated by the Service. Network fees (e.g., gas), DEX/aggregator fees, and third-party costs are separate and borne by you. We may change fees prospectively with notice.

7. No Investment Advice

We provide tools, not advice. All trading decisions are yours alone.

8. Service Availability

No guarantee of uninterrupted service; maintenance or network issues may occur.

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (i) use the Service to violate law or regulation; (ii) engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or fraud; (iii) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (iv) attempt unauthorized access; (v) use the Service to transact with, or on behalf of, sanctioned persons or entities.

9. Intellectual Property

All bot features, design, and functionality are owned by us.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for trading losses or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service.

12. Privacy

We may modify these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate under specified conditions.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where Hyper Aura Analytica LLC is registered and operates. You agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

16. Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. The language shall be English. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with AAA rules.

17. Prohibited Use & Sanctions

You may not use the Service if you are (a) a person or entity on any sanctions list administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the EU, or the UK; (b) located, organized, or resident in any Prohibited Jurisdiction, including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions; or (c) otherwise barred from using similar services under applicable law. You agree not to use VPNs or other techniques to circumvent geo-blocks or compliance controls; doing so may result in immediate termination.

We do not perform KYC; however, we reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access, or to block specific wallets, where we reasonably suspect sanctions exposure, illicit activity, or legal prohibition.

18. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the complete agreement between us.

We reserve the right to implement additional compliance measures, including restrictions on service access, to meet current or future legal or regulatory obligations.
